App license and purchases

The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The app is free to download with optional one-time Pro Individual and Pro Family purchases. Neither purchase is a subscription. Apple’s confirmation shows the applicable price and purchase terms. Family access depends on Apple Family Sharing eligibility and purchase-sharing settings; saved trips remain separate. Individual and Family are separate purchases without an automatic upgrade credit. Apple handles billing and refunds.

Planning estimates

Routes, travel times, costs, stops, and recommendations are planning aids. Verify current prices, schedules, availability, road and weather conditions, border requirements, and vehicle restrictions with official providers before travel. Avoidance preferences do not guarantee exclusion of a road type. Road routes are general driving routes, not clearance-checked RV, truck, or motorcycle navigation. U.S. cost assumptions and dollars may not reflect travel in other countries.

Google Maps services

Google Maps, Places, Routes, Geocoding, and Time Zone content and services are subject to Google’s Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google’s data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Provider information may change or be unavailable; this app does not make reservations or guarantee provider results.

Your data and support

Read the Intelligent Travel Planner Privacy Policy. Saved plans and profiles are stored on your device; uninstalling may remove them. Pro access can end after a refund, revocation, or loss of Family Sharing eligibility without deleting saved app data. For help, visit Support or email jashford1@ashfordsoftwareworksllc.com.
